Be respectful to each other!
Do not upload any nude or illegal pictures.
Maximum of one Jack'd account per device and per user.
You must be 18 years old or older to register.
Translated version of terms of service are provided for user convenience only, and English language terms of service are the only official terms.
All communication between Jack'd team and users must be done in English.
Jack'd reserves the right to use any information from users for, but is not limited to, promotional purposes, with the exception of user passwords, emails, and private pictures.
User profiles inactive for more than three months will be deleted.
Messages older than three months will be deleted.
Where we have provided you with a translation of the English language version of the terms, instruction or any communication, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the terms will govern your relationship with us. Also, you agree that any direct communication between you and our support team is done in English.
It is users' responsibility to keep track of any changes and amendments to our terms.
Violation of our terms of service may result in deletion of your account.

Privacy Policy

Jack'd does not share your email address and password with any parties. Any other information provided by users is treated as public information. Jack'd uses the following third party vendors to provide better services to our users. You can read their privacy policies on their websites.

By downloading Jack'd for iOS, you are agreeing to Apple's EULA and to Jack’d TOS and Privacy Policy.

By downloading Jack’d for Android, you are agreeing to Apple's EULA, in which case you acknowledge that the terms “iPhone or iPod touch” refer to your mobile device, and to Jack’d TOS and Privacy Policy.

Promotion

Promoting through Jack'd

If you are interested in throwing an event, Jack'd is able to help you market and promote the event in a mutually beneficial collaboration. Although we can't offer financial sponsorship, we can send out promotional messages and information regarding your event directly to users in the region through the Jack'd app.

If you are a business owner, your business and/or venue are established and legitimate, and have a website in English, we can also help market your place of business or products and services through the same medium. Once request is submitted, we will usually contact you within 2 weeks.
